Like the other review said the bands can be quite snug. My 3 year old fits nicely and my five year old its almost too tight. Again they could just have big ol heads lol but I stretched it some and it fits fine while still staying on their heads . Otherwise great quality! I’d probably recommend the kids sizes with the bands for 4 and under depending on how big your kid is .

It was great material and my sister (who I bought it for) was really excited to use it however it was extremely small and a regular size would have been too big so now she’s left with nothing and I paid for it just for it not to be in use.
